I provide professional health consulting and coaching to healthcare professionals seeking to improve communication, leadership, and workplace functioning.

Consulting and coaching services are typically accessed through referral by healthcare organizations, hospital systems, or professional boards. Healthcare professionals may be referred for "professional evaluation" and/or "workplace coaching for disruptive behavior". Individual sessions for disruptive behavior provide an integrative approach and are informed by motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and interpersonal skill development.

Interventions for distressed or disruptive behavior provide support and interpersonal skill development in a safe and supportive learning environment. Clinicians learn to recognize thoughts and feelings that have previously led to problematic behavior, particularly in the workplace, and they develop strategies for responding more effectively.
